Fall 2020 Late Arrival Request (General Program)

Program Description:
INSTRUCTION: 
All new, initial, or transfer status students, who will arrive after the program start date listed on the I-20 or DS-2019, are required to complete this form. Before beginning this request, please contact your Academic Department to provide you with a letter or email exchange stating your late arrival to UVA is approved. Letter needs to include your date of arrival. 

If you are a continuing student, DO NOT complete this form. 

Please note that any late arrivals after the start of the semester may not be permitted entry by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
